We just got back from a fabulous, relaxing weekend in Portland. We had a very special visit with Papa Jerry and Grandma Margaret... tons of hanging out & great talks! So fun to escape the change of pace of home and get to see our extended family!

Ava got to attend her first baby shower on Saturday! Jason's aunt Jenny is having a baby girl in April and Ava and I got to go have a wonderful day with the Kavanaugh ladies to celebrate :) Ava was a wonderful helper at the shower...

Auntie Wahn*Ava*Auntie Jenny... the most beautiful pregnant woman I've ever seen!***Saturday night we had a huge treat: Jason's aunt Mary (and family) took Luke and Ava overnight so we could have a grown up dinner out with Jason's parent's. It was the first night we've had (overnight) without the kiddos since Luke was born, almost three years ago! Very strange to no be woken up at 6 o'clock sharp! Needless to say, we missed the littles very much and were thrilled to see them Sunday morning... :)
