Jason and I got to escape for a night--- away from home and kiddos and puppy to spend the night in Portland last Friday night. This was the second night without kids since we brought Ava home from the hospital 5 years ago, so as you can tell it was a RARE and REAL TREAT! Margaret was gracious enough to host a Stella & Dot party, and the fam jumped in and blessed us with a night away, just husband and wife. Uncle Paul & Auntie Abi (and cousins Cole & Maya) along with the help of Papa Dick took on the kiddos, and Grandma Karen took little Rocco. It was such an amazing 24 hours of time with the one I whole-heartedly adore! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT JUMPED IN TO HELP :)
