My baby boy broke his first bone by falling off the monkey bars last night. Took him to the dr this am and was confirmed... his wrist has a nice, clean break. The good news is, if we can keep this splint on, no cast. Bad news is, if he doesn't keep it on, we need to throw a cast on. Wild man Luke + dirt and fun = one dirty, nasty cast! I am hopeful he will be a doll and listen to dr Schrier. Time will tell! But for now, he is doing much better and handling the injury like a champ!

Oh no!! Poor guy!! He is rockin that splint though, he looks so cute in that picture!! Believe me, you don't want the cast, it's a pain!! Hope he keeps that splint on for you!!! :) :)
