Today was the big CVES walk-a-thon! This is one of her school's big fundraisers--- and a kid favorite! The entire 1st grade wore RED! We really lucked out with some gorgeous fall sunshine too!
Pre-walk pic with Luke Hunter!
Ava with Lauren Kraemer... new besties!
Ava's class just before "go time!"
And they're OFF!
The first few laps, everyone ran... they slowed down as the hour went on :)
Getting a punch for another lap!
Ava and another favorite: Riley B!
It was so special to be there watching these kiddos go- especially seeing Ava's huge smile as she came around each lap for another punch.
Just before heading back into school I grabbed a pic of Charlie and Ava- they aren't in the same class again this year, but still very special friends!Such a fun Thursday morning!!!
