Luke had a long face this morning as Jason was heading out the door for work--- he was wondering why daddy hadn't put together his new Lego set yet again.  "Luke, daddy was at Ava's game last night, and then had to get some sleep... he will probably put them together tonight, ok?"  I tried comforting him.  Then I thought wait?  I am spending the day at home (SICK!) doing nothing... why shouldn't I just put the dumb things together for him?  Come to find out, it was REALLY FUN!  I loved putting them together--- such a satisfying project.  And as for my little sidekick?  He couldn't believe his mommy was doing them.  He kept saying to me, "Great job, mommy!  I love you so much, mommy!" Other than being sick, it was an awesome morning! :)
