This beautiful, bright & sunny, cold fall morning we got bundled up and headed to our first pumpkin patch (of our three-patch tour, the next three weekends!) Today we headed to Fall City Farms with our good friend's the Merritt's and Thompson's. I have to say, this patch as far as the fun factor goes, was A+++!
The kiddos looked too cute in their little warm outfits! As you can tell, Luke isn't a fan of standing still for anything... especially not a picture these days! Just look at that face: he is not thrilled like his sister, who obvioulsy loves getting her picture taken!
Fall City Farms not only has a pumpkin patch, but also cider and mini donuts, a hay maze for the little kids, a donkey you can pet, a friendly but fly-infested horse, cows, chickens, and a sheep! The kids loved checking out the cows! Luke was "mooing" away!
Here is a close-up of Ava and Tay-Tay sitting on a haystack at the farm. Such little cuties!
This is the "best group shot" I could get! Jack and Luke and Sadie aren't even in the picture! It is such a classic shot: Avery is crying, Charlie isn't looking at the camera, Tay-Tay's eyes are closed, and Ava is licking the sugar from her donut off her lips!
Luke ADORES pumpkins. Every time he sees one he lights up and says, "punkin-punkin" so as you can imagine, he was in HEAVEN here at the patch. He also had a blast in the sandbox where they had all sorts of tractors to push around in the sand. In this picture he is straddling a pumpkin AND playing with a tractor! What an exciting morning!

Ava is so cute! I love her hat. Is that a little miss clippies hat? I NEED one! I can't wait to come to seattle this next year and stock up!!
