Well Mr Jason is FINALLY 40. Birthday's have always been a very big deal to him (he LOVES his birthday!) but this year was something even more special. His dream was to be in Ireland, having a beer on his 40th--- and although that didn't come to fruition, I think he was just as satisfied with his birthday week celebrating with both family and friends. Worked out the way it was supposed to.
Family dinner and celebrating the night before... and FunFetti cake! His actual birthday was spent working then coaching then watching football and acting wild with his best guy friends at Fin's- and recovering for a few days before the weekend away.
We got to spend the weekend following his birthday with 10 couples in rented condos in Crescent Bar hanging and golfing and laughing and dancing and celebrating this guy. Pretty remarkable and unique way to spend his 40th celebration. BLESSED doesn't begin to describe it.
Oh and Ireland will always be there... maybe for his 50th :)
