This morning at 8am a group of dedicated, motivated, strong ladies met for a Thanksgiving Day run! It was the perfect way to start this day of thanks... we are thankful for our health and bodies... and for time away from our kiddos :-) The coffee date & converstation afterward was almost as good as the run itself!
